Show Times and Parade Times. How soon do they come out?

How soon do the show times and parade times come out? When we were there in 2002 the parades were only on certain days, not everyday, and Not every show was showing everyday.. Of course it wasnt long after 9-11 that we were there. So we had to plan our park visits by the shows we wanted to see most. ex: Beauty and Beast only showed on Tues and Thurs at such and such time. but Indiana Jones only on Thurs. so we went to MGM on thurs. I am hoping that now that crowd levels are up that that wont be the case this June when we are there.
