Our past three cruises I've bought the full photo package and not regretted it at all. Now that I will just have the one child with me and a four night cruise I'm not so sure. However, this is the first and maybe last time we'll do a VMT. Do they take photos next to the tree without characters? How are the backdrops?

I know that due to COVID photos with characters are distanced, but DD is starting to buck that sort of thing anyway.
