Can't remember if I posted any here yet:

Even at 1/800 second, the tips of the wings are blurry. I had to shoot the whole show at ISO 1600 to get a decent shutter speed.

I recently scanned these in from one of the many civil war reenactments my husband and I did pre-kids. I used to smuggle my very non-authentic Canon SureShot loaded with black & white film (film? what's film?) to the front lines of all the drill action. I still love shooting for those perfect b&w shots.
