Shovel & Pails at BC?

Can you rent shovels and pails at the BC? If so, how much & how long is the rental?
 
I haven't seen any for rental but you will always find some around the kiddie pool. One of the kids meals at Hurricane Hannah's comes in a pail with a shovel attached.
