I can't thank you enough... I did this in the cloak of darkness so my kids would NOT see these.... because they were to be Christmas gifts from our June trip... let me tell you... I have 2 of them complete and they are FABULOUS!!!!


I can't thank you enough for taking the time to work on these and making the albums so wonderful!!!!! It feels so good to put our photos on and recapture the memories of a wonderful trip!!!!!!

I bet when DH sees his book.. he'll be agreeing we need to go back again SOON!!!!

oh how nice Nan. i bet they are going to just love them. i wish i was getting a book from someone. it really is a beautiful gift. i can't wait to hear what their reaction is to them! make sure you take pics of them opening them!

What album did you end up using and where did you get it?

I ended up w/ a paper studio album from HL (they are red/white checkered board material)... I had to get those big ol' extenders and let me tell you.. .it puffs that album out w/ the pages and decorations!!! I'll measure them tonight..

What I did was leave the album's cover blank... and I'll tell the kids that we will decorate them any way they want... I was hoping they'd want a Disney heart cut from the cricut and then their names added to it... and than add some ribbons and mickey ears to them...

DH's is a black leather book (Best Occassions @ Walmart) that I added DISNEY and Mickey ears too from and embrodiery embellishment my SS (Karen P) sent to me!!!! It came in the mail and I knew exactly what I wanted to do with it...

I totally agree Nancy! I love everything that I have from that swap. I need to print pictures for the remaining pages, but that is on my agenda for this week.
