Shouldn't these men be released from Guantanamo?

I think they should be unconditionally released and compensated.

The concept of holding "unlawful enemy combatants "Guantanamo Bay is disgusting and unamerican

And these men were found to to NOT be enemy combatants in 2004. They were turned in for the $5000 per head bounty. I don't see why they can't be released into communities that have said they want them.

Release them --yes.

To U.S cities--NO.
Why not? We bought them from bounty hunters who kidnapped them, we held them in an illegal jail where they were likely tortured, and now they are stateless persons because their country wont take them back.

At the very least, we have a moral obligation, if not a financial one, to these people whose lives we ruined.
