If you watch Imagineering Story on Disney+, you’ll see why there aren’t more parks around the world. The parks are developed with local partners, who need to have both a lot of capital and the ability to attract plenty of guests able to pay Disney prices. That rules out most of the places you mention. They also need to find a balance between local culture and Disney culture.
