I've had shoulder pain/issues on and off for about 10 years - 2 operations to repair torn cuffs, bones and ligaments all screwed up. Last surgery was about 2 years ago and just recently has been acting up again. (left shoulder)
I have tingling in my neck, down my arm into my forearm and then into my fingers...
Starts mid back, heads up the shoulder, down the arm, etc.
Yes, I've been checked for heart issues and all clear on that - exc to lose about 50 lbs, according to the cardiologist - i've had stress tests, ultrasounds, etc and have shown nothing ... xrays, you name it, they can't find anything.
I find that when I'm sitting at the computer longer than normal, my arms kill me, the tingling starts, goes up my neck, down the back spine.
Posture maybe? Sleeping pattern? Not a good pillow?
I know I suffer from gastro issues and have for the past 25 years.. I find it worse at times - been on every GERD medicine known to man and only has nexium worked, but have found prilosec otc working for me now. I don't have gallbladder, that was removed 2 years ago - thinking cause of my shoulder issues....
I get so worked up when the shoulder pain/neck pain starts, i put myself into panic mode and more times that I want to admit, i'll have a panic attack, thinking of bad things.
I also find that if I have too many carbs or even beef, my stomach is at me and I feel sick all the time.
Now that my sob story is out in the open - does anyone feel like I do and if so, what to do you do?
Docs find nothing!!!!
