Shoulder Bags, Lockers, oh my??

Hello, I have not been to Universal for at least 14 years. I am reading the boards and seeing talks about lockers, fanny packs, etc? What is the scoop on bags at Universal (very used to Disney where I can wear my Vera Mailbag onto any rider?)

These lockers you speak of... are they pay lockers with a key? Or are you just talking about cubbies where you get on and off the rider?

What about a wristlet, (holds cell phone and ID, etc.) Can that go on the rides?

There are several rides in the parks that do NOT allow bags of any kind.This includes: Slings, purses, backpacks, Wristlets ,crossbody.A small 3 prong waistpack is allowed at the discretion of the Unviversal employees..For those rides that do not allow bags, they provide lockers that are Free for the length of time of ONE RIDE and wait time.
