We are going to WDW arriving on May 18th and staying until May 25th. We are on the quick service dining plan. Should we schedule one table serivce? Are we missing out if we don't?
We love all of the Disney Parks, but last trip we did the DDP and honestly eating one table service meal a day was a true hightlight. We had fun, plus it was great to sit and relax at meal time. I don't know what kind of eaters you are, but YES, I would think that one TS would be a great addition to your trip. The only thing is that if you are paying OOP you might encounter sticker shock since many of the TS meals are very expensive (INMHO). Maybe you could decide what type of TS meal you would like, steak, seafood, italian, etc and that could be your guide. Really there are so many choices, I think it might be hard to narrow it down to just one TS. Have fun with your planning.
We're going June 9 and using the QSPD. We are made 3 ADRs for TS meals and using CS for the rest of our meals. We really do enjoy some TS, but last year we went for 2 weeks and had TS 10 meals. We felt like we wanted to have a less structured meal schedule so we opted for more CS meals. I would make at least 1 or 2 TS ADRs to break things up.....
I think that 1 table service meal would be a great idea...a special treat. If you have kids, perhaps a character meal? And the buffets do have a big selection of desserts.
