should we request CL??
staying at swan 4/3-10th.

I have 5600 pts with starwood preferred plus membership.

My question is: Is it worth using my points to go Club level?

We have 3 character breakfasts (10 am) booked and 3 dinner PS (7pm) so far for the week. That would mean that we probably wouldn't use the breakfast priviledges for at least 3 mornings.

So....unless we go back for afternoon snacks, what perks would make it worth using our points for CL?

What other ways would you suggest I use my points for?

I recently enjoyed Club Level in February and plan on trying to use points for the priviledge in August. I don't know if it will benefit you for your trip, though, where you have so many meals already planned. Just so you know, there are no afternoon offerings at all. The Club Level is only open in the morning and early evening. They had a really nice continental breakfast and fruits, veggies, crackers and cheese, and one hot appetizer from 5-7 or so.

I have stayed at the Dolphin for the past 13 years in a row and have always used the club level privilege. Even if you are not going to actually sit down and have the actual continental breakfast or the evening appetizers you can stop in quickly and load up on beverages and snacks to take back to your room. You're paying for it and I have never been told I couldn't take the stuff back to my room. Load Up Bigtime!!
