should we go in early June or mid July?

We're considering visiting June 6 through June 13 or holding off untill July.
Is there a significant difference in the crowds between those 2 periods ? The official schedule would lead me to believe parks are less crowded before June 13th, based on park hours and spectromagic/fantasmic times.

We went in August last time and had a very trying time dealing with the crowd level . . . . .

I would think early June would be your best bet. Many kids are still in school til mid June. I have also read several threads about early June visits and most say the crowds were okay.

July will definately, 100%, no doubt be busier. The time you are proposing in June should not be too bad!!

But maybe wait until the July hours come out to see what times the parks open and close and how many times they are going to show the parades and Fantasmic. I'd also have a look at the Rehab schedules to see which rides will be down during the two periods.

Still, I find it unlikely any positives in July will outweight the lighter crowds in June.

Also the weather will be a little cooler in early June than in July. And yes, the crowds are lighter in June, as some of the country is still in school.

We've done both and given my druthers I'd go as early in June as possible. We found crowds to be much lighter and the weather more palatable. If it weren't for last year's Fairy Tale package, we'd never have gone in July, but then I'd not have anything to compare, either.

Of course, July crowds and heat aren't keeping me and DH from running to BWV without the kids in July, either.
