Click to expand... they do print out dining reservations for your group (that you make through them or notify them of) allows you to purchase t-shirts through Disney with your Grand Gathering info on them. They do seem to have shorter customer service wait times. GGs are assigned to rooms first...so if you want connecting or close together, it's a good perk
