I usually start working on that 2 months before. The reason for this is because I think of things along the way for the time I am visiting that are not always on my pack checklist. I for one, certainly think that now is a great time for you to start putting stuff together.

Hi fellow Okie. I've already started packing extra stuff for our September trip. You know, clothes the kids can't wear till they get to Disney, as well as just extra stuff that I buy on sale especially for the trip.

i usually start mentally listing all the things i'm going to pack even before i've booked my trip!

Then I start making acutal lists on paper...

Packing/preparing is really quite the process! I say it's never too early. The prep work and anticipation is half the fun!
