Should I play the waiting game, or no, to add on???

Okay....I am looking to add on ( BIG SURPRISE, right?) to my 160 pt SSR contract (we actually need to double our points over the next few years). My husband and I decided now that our family is expanding, that we will need 2 BR villas all the time in the future, whether it is for the kids or for when we bring our parents with us.

Now, I have heard that some of the best deals come in the fall, but right now SSR is $10 off a point with a minimum 50 pt purchase, so it would be $94 a point. This expires Sept. 15. Do I wait it out and see what the next deal is, or do I just jump at it since I am only buying 50 pts, not 100 or more which would give me extra bonuses like Disney Dollars, etc.

The other thing I was thinking was that would I get 50 points for 2008 as well as my 50 points for 2009 if I waited until the fall? When my husband and I bought it in October 2005, we got 2005 and 2006 points. Wouldn't I get that anyway, or no? This is the one thing I am always unsure of with DVC.

Any insight, suggestions, whatever it may be, is appreciated.
Thanks!!!

SSR is at or close to being sold out. After that, the incentives may drop off. Of course it's just a guess on my part, but I say go for it now.

Incentives are market driven.

If sales slow, the deals improve, if sales are brisk, the deals go away. Right now, because of the economy, sales are slow. I don't think that you will see any better deals unless the sales slow even more.
