Should I let Dreams Unlimited make my dining reservations?

Can someone please tell me how letting Dreams Unlimited make your dining reservations works? Were you happy with the process and did you get you reservations? We are due to make our 180 day reservations in a couple of weeks so just wondering if I should do it or let Dreams U do it.

I let them do it last year. We went off-season though, so we were able to get pretty much what we wanted. I gave her my first, second and third choices. I also gave time ranges (i.e. 4-530pm). I got everything I wanted and was very happy.

This year, I made them myself. That was only because by the time we booked, we were already within the booking window for dining. I wasn't sure what would be available (and I kept changing my mind), so I didn't want to put her through my craziness. lol

It is just so darn easy to make ADRs online yourself that I really can't imagine having someone else do it for me.

We use Dreams and they made our ADR's last trip and will be doing it again for me on 3/8. Last trip we got everything we wanted including the 8:00AM CRT. I have to be at work and unable to do it myself when they first open up.

Today was my ADR date and I had an email from my Dreams agent at 6:02 this morning telling me he got everything I wanted. This is the 2nd time I have let them do my ADR's and have never had a problem.

I have let them make my ADR's for my upcoming June trip as well as my last trip in Dec 08. I got exactly everything that I wanted at exactly the times I wanted (including CRT, LeCellier and T-Rex-I have heard about people have problems with this one trying to book thru Disney). I think they were great and it saved me from having to wake up earlier and do it :surfweb: Now I did go ahead and book BBB, PL (mostly because I had questions) and Wishes Dessert Party.

We let them make ours a few years back and it was perfect...until we got down there. Some how the reservation #'s we were given were someone else's (not even for the same dates as our trip!). We were lucky - there was only 2 of us and we were on our Honeymoon so the couple of places that were messed up were really great about it and fit us in. We called our agent when we realized our mistake but it was Christmas Day. She did call us back ASAP on Boxing Day though.

Just make sure to double check! It was a great help and I'm sure we were a rare mixup.
