Should I go in Nov or Dec? When do the Christmas Decorations go up?

1.) I am currently booked for 10 nights at POFQ starting Nov 29.
2.) I was hoping to change this to 7 nights at POFQ, followed by 3 nights at BWV (renting points from a friend who has BWV as home resort). Unfortunately, BWV studios are sold out for my dates.
3.) I have seen a lot of people on these boards talk about going week of Nov 29, so I am starting to wonder if that is going to be a busier week than normally expected.

4.) I am wondering if it would be better for me to change my reservation to a different week in either November or December, and I'm wondering
a.) Will the Christmas decorations be up in early November? When do they go up
b.) Will the crowds be better, worse, or the same if I pick a different week in November or December (assuming that I avoid Thanksgiving Weekend and avoid Christmas week).

I was *really* hoping to see christmas decorations, and *really* hoping to get a good week for crows, and *really* hoping to check out one of the Epcot DVC resorts (because I am thinking of buying resale and wanted to check it out). I'm thinking I may have to settle for (2 of 3) of the things I *really* wanted.

I can't speak much for the crowds... Thanksgiving is pretty crowded and Christmas is, too (from personal experience) and I've heard that New Years is as well...

The decorations (and parades) though are scheduled to change the day after Thanksgiving. So are the decorations. 2008 we saw the Christmas parade at AK early (like Monday maybe?). The other decorations were either up or nearly up everywhere... except when they say that the Osborne Lights start the day after Thanksgiving... they mean it... and that weekend the crowds in the lights are unbelievable. The lights were worth it... but it was really really crowded.
