Should I go ahead and book now for next July at AKV?

WE ARE PLANNING A JULY TRIP AGAIN......we just added on points at AKV and can book now....we are at the 11th month window. I have never booked at exactly 11 months.....with any of my SSR trips but AKV is all new to us. We are looking at 3 weekday nights in a 1br SV in the new Kidani bldg. Thanks for an advice. I mean I just need to pin point my exact days.

I would go with the 11-month booking advantage if I could. We will be doing this for each and every trip. We are planners who like to know as far in advance as possible for our vacations. We plan to stay at our home resort for every trip so I will be calling exactly 11 months out to be assured we are more likely to get what we want. If I were you I would book 11 months out if I knew the definite dates for the trip. Better safe than sorry.

If you are not sure about the exact dates you want to go, then that is another story. Definitely try to book before that 7-month window though, when any DVC member can book those rooms!

I agree..........book as early as you can and definately before the 7 month window.

Thanks I will probably sit down today and figure it all out. I am trying to fly in on a Tuesday to get cheaper airfare and also this allows us to stay 3 week days at AKV before moving over to BCV.
