Should I change?

After reading several posts I am now concerning with the fact I booked Pop century for our upcoming vacation in July. Several people have mentioned how the buses are really crowed. On our trip there in October they were crowed but I didnt think much of it but it seems that July is a busier month. Should I change resorts??

Hi,

No matter which resort you stay in during July you will notice that the buses are crowded, because July is the busiest part of the busy summer season.

We stayed at POP last August. The bus were crowded, but we were always able to get a seat for my ill mother. Most mornings we had no problem, it was only during park close that we had to stand or wait for another bus. I however would not let the bus keep me from staying at POP.

In June the buses were crowded in the morning and at night, but mid-day they aren't too bad. It also helps that the Pop buses are not shared with any other resort... also, I felt that they seemed to come pretty quickly. We never had any issues or long waits

Is there a major difference between the All Star buses and the Pop buses? Are the All Star buses noticeably more crowded than the Pop buses?

I have never stayed at any of the All Stars Resorts, so I don't know, but I believe all 3 All Stars share buses & Pop doesn't share at all, so I would imagine All Stars are more crowded. Anyone that's been to both have an opinion?

All-star has all three resorts for one bus service. POP is by themselves, which is why they are not as crowded. Last year we stayed at POP for a couple nights and the only time we had a problem for a bus was when we stayed for EMH at the MK. There was a backup in the turnstyle, the next bus that came they rerouted to POP and we were on our way No complaints here.

We've stayed at both ASSports and POP, and I prefer POP due to the fact that their buses go directly between the resort and parks. There isn't multiple stops to "fill up the bus" at the other value resorts like the AS resorts do.
