Hello I'm looking for some help. I've booked breakfast for the morning of my wedding at Crystal Palace for 8.15am for me and my bridesmaids. The trouble is I've got to be back at the room for hair and make up and also dress steaming for at the latest 10am. I'm staying at POFQ and was wondering if anyone had done an ADR the morning of their wedding from this resort and what time did they get back to their room? I'm thinking that I feel stressed about it already that I'm not going to enjoy myself and be worried about the time so maybe I should just cancel..? I wanted to have a character dining experience but I'm open to suggestions if anyone can recommend another restaurant??

Does anyone know hoe long it takes to get to MK from POFQ? Whats the best transport to take over there? I have posted on the transport board but thought I would ask on here as well.

Personally, I wouldn't try it. Transportation is always "ify" and I wouldn't want to stress about it. Do room service of fruit and danish, or something similiar. You are going to be nervous and probably won't want to each much anyway. Just my opinion.

I didn't know that you could get room service, do you know what price we would be looking at for that?

I am a bit worried about the transportation, getting there isn't a problem cause Disney said that the busses start at 7am but it's getting back, like you said they can be "iffy"

Thanks for the advice

I just know that we have sometimes had to wait too long for the buses and missed ressies before. One evening for supper, we were going from one resort to another, so we had to go resort to a park to another resort, which we generally know to allow lots of time. Well, this particular evening it took over 2 hours. Boma's still let us in (after closing time) as there were still two other tables finishing up. We ended up with the entire place to ourselves for the majority of our meal. The sous chef even brought us our own personal desserts...so it ended pretty cool, but like I said, the timing can be an issue.

I have never stayed at POR, but I know some of the resorts offer a type of room service selection. We were at the Boardwalk for our wedding (though married at the Gazebo). I just sent my DH down to the bakery while I finished getting ready, but I know some brides have had plated options delivered. I would just call POR and see what might be available for a wedding party for breakfast delivery or pick up....throw in "wedding party" and see if that helps !

It takes about 20-30 mins to get to MK, and thats not even the time you would be waiting for the bus. I would suggest the Boatwrights at POR, its so good! and its a boat ride away, or a bus ride, just make sure the bus is stopping there after POFQ.

I would be too worried with that schedule.
I'd say try to get an earlier bfast ressie or stick with the resort restaurant... don't want to increase your stress level that day :)

If you really wanted to keep the ADR, I would just take a cab back to the hotel.
