Should I call for code?

We are leaving for disney later this week, does anyone ever call a few days before they leave to see if there is any chance of a discount code?

At this close to your travel date I would leave well enough alone and go with what you have.
From my experience, with waiting very close to travel almost all that is available is rack rate.
Usually when finding a last minute room, I am just happy to get a room, let alone a good discount.
But you can call and ask to find out.
