Of course! You can always change a year and a half from now if its an issue.

Yep! That's so far out you don't know what the construction picture will look like then, I'd grab it now and reevaluate the construction progress come 2017.

I agree I would book it, but keep an eye on the progress and change if it's still going on. I have been at hotels with ongoing refurbishment work and it was completely miserable. I will never stay in a hotel "under construction" again, no matter what.

Yep, we'd book it, but we're booked for this September at WL and are looking forward to it. With Disney you have a large time frame to make changes or cancel without penalty.
