Should I be calling to check on waitlist?

I have waitlisted for a 1 BR at BLT (we do have a 2 BR lock off at the moment but have decided that the second bedroom might be a waste seeing that the kids said they dont want to sleep away from us!).. So.. we waitlisted.. Question is: Do I just wait to get a confirmation letter, or do I call periodically to check on the availability????

Since you are allowed only two WL's at a time, I am assuming that you only did two of the three views.

If there is one of the views that you would take but can't wait list, I would call. Or, if you are willing to split your stay, then calling might help as you could fill the request piece meal.

We did that last summer. We were waiting on the studio and could only WL LV and MK view. I called daily to see if SV rooms opened up since I could not wait list that. It never did and my LV room came through.
