We are staying at BWV in a gv (:cool1:) for the first time this coming week. My DH's 2 sisters, 1 bro, 1 sil are coming to visit for a few hours on Sunday afternoon. We are not visiting a park with them.

Should I add them to my reservation so they can park in the BWV lot? There are 7 of us booked there, so technically we could still have 4 guests even tho they are not staying overnight.

Otherwise, where should they park?

Also, do you have any suggestions (pizza delivery or something) for a casual meal for all of us in our villa?

You don't need to add them to the reservation. Ask the front desk to print a second parking pass for you. They tell the guard they are visiting a resort guest. You can run the pass out to the car if you want to (we never have done that, though, when we've had day visitors)

My father comes to visit us when we go down, they just need to tell the security they are going to see you.

i would probably add them to the room - they have (thankfully:banana:) gotten more strict with the resort guest parking lot. when our friends and relatives (different times) have visited us at the BWV, they were told they needed to park in the lot across the street.
even when an alamo rep was bringing us a replacement car (we were in the BW resort guest lot with a dead battery, and had informed the guard they were coming), the rep spent over 15 minutes trying to convince the guard that they needed to go in that lot.

most often, our friends/relatives just use valet now.

btw, as long as you are not using the DDP, you can add them to the room for a day or more.
