Should Disneyland or California Adventures have restaurants you go to without paying park fees?

Shouldn’t the park have a dining experience like Mrs. Knotts chicken dinner restaurant that doesn’t require park admission?

Do you mean park admission or parking fees? I don't ever have a car, so I'm not sure how the parking fees work but I thought you could get your ticket validated if you were dining in some of the DTD restaurants. Not sure if that means it's free or just reduced, though.

And none of those restaurants require park admission.
