No. Disney's planning a great mix of Pixar, Lucasfilm, Marvel and Fox (Avatar) in the years to come.

YES! There's too much reliance on Marvel and Star Wars as I've stated in previous posts and they are 'taking over' the originality that once made Disney so unique and great. And as long as they are not 'original series' like a lot of the lame sitcoms they have had in the past.
