Should Disney ban all phones and screens on dark rides?

Nothing ruins a dark ride for me more than someone with a bright phone or iPad screen. I would love Disney to strictly ban anyone from using anything with a screen on a dark ride. How often do these inconsiderate people even watch the videos they make of the rides when they get home? For those who want to sit at home and watch the ride-through on a screen, Disney could post ride-through videos of all of their rides on their YouTube channel.

There are already videos of just about every ride on YouTube.

I guess I don't notice those as much as the people doing flash photos on dark rides.
