Can you order shots at Disney bars at resorts?

All the regular bars will sell you shots in Disney California. I haven't been to WDW enough to know if it's different in Florida.

I think so, but I've never actually tried.

You sure can! It's not a typical thing, but they can do it. They're not cheap tho. For the price of a shot of Fireball, I could have bought a bottle of Fireball.

Didn't get any shots but several bars had bourbon flights including Outer Rim at Contemporary which we did try.
