Short Ribs

Is there currently any place in the Disneyland Resort that serves braised short ribs? My husband and I used to love having them at the Blue Bayou (before they changed to boneless) and I think we had them once at Catal. I looked at the menus online and to my surprise, did not see it on any of the menus.

I don't know if these are on the current menus, but we've had short ribs at CCR, NR, Catal, UVA Bar (short rib burger on the menu now), La Brea Bakery (short rib sliders on the menu now). Short ribs are pretty popular, so they're not hard to find. I wouldn't be surprised if you can also find them at places like The Cheesecake Factory at GardenWalk and other places near DLR.

Steakhouse 55 has short ribs. I had them last March and they were delicious!! Here is a link to the menu:

We LOVED our meal there. One of the best I have ever had. =)

There's a Tony Roma's across the street on Harbor.

TR's has short ribs, but recent reviews of the restaurant from DISers haven't been positive.

For the love of all things DO NOT go there. The chain itself has gone so far downhill in the last 7 years I'd rather eat at Denny's.

Uva Bar has a great burger that has a blend of chuck , short rib and other meats , it's amazing. I also adore Steakhouse 55.
