Short notice request/1 year seizure free!

Hello DISigners! I have a request for a special design. I was going to hand write a sign but thought maybe someone could come up with a great design.

We are visiting Disney July 25-Aug 1.

We will be celebrating my daughter being 1 year seizure free!!!! (July 31st official date).

I wanted to have a sign (for an 8x11 printout) that states "1 year seizure free". With Disney theming somehow. This is a big deal as my daughter hasn't made it 1 year seizure free her whole life. She is 9 years old. She had her 1st seizure at 16hrs old. If you know anyone with Epilepsy they will tell you how great a milestone this is and we thank God everyday for it!!

If anyone can help me with this I'd greatly appreciate it! We will be taking pictures of her and the characters with this sign and then sending some photos to the Epilepsy foundation
