Short Line Rides During Busy Season

Will be at WDW during President's Week. We plan to do to a full day at MK and Epcot (have been many times) and then a half day with fastpasses at DHS and Epcot and return to MK and Epcot (or there there in the morning).
For people who go during busy times - what rides do you find to have the most manageable lines? We are all adults and are interested in some lazy, slow moving time with limited lines.

MK: Carousel of Progress
EP: Impressions de France (Not a ride but I think it's Epcot's most underrated attraction)

Shows are usually pretty manageable, like country bear jamboree or mickeys philharmonic. People mover isn't usually as busy at tomorrowland. The first couple hours in the morning are typically short lines so you can get lots done then.

To the above, I would add Enchanted Tiki Room, and this past week, the MK Carousel always moved quickly.
