Thanks for sharing!

Good looking family. How is the site? Good points/bad (if any) Would you stay in that loop again?

Great pics Christy....hey,your husband looks like Dennis Leary.....and your oldest son looks like one of the kids in Narnia!!!

Great little report- short and sweet-as advertised. Great pic's too. I think it's great that the grandparents got to spend time with the grandkids. That's what camping is all about!

Great pictures and good job Christy. Glad you and yours had a great time! :yay:

I really like your PVC flag pole rig. I have been wanting to put something together like that. How does it stake into the ground?

I stole Christy's flagpole idea from her last year. You can go to THD and they sell 2 foot sections of rebar. Once you put the flagpole together you drive the rebar in the ground and leave about 1/2 up then put the pole on and it swivels in the wind.

For the flagpole you need:

10' one inch pvc pipe
1 one inch "tee"
1 one inch 45 degree piece
2 one inch caps
2 eyebolts to hang the flag onto

here is a link to a plan. I recommend the 1" pvc instead of 3/4 though for stability.

Thanks Donnie!!! Already had the "things to do" list going this morning, so looks like I will be adding one more project! ;)

We have been in the 500 loop for the past two years. I don't know if it is because I don't know any better, but I love this loop. No complaints. Very quiet and family friendly! Bath house and laundry very close. Close to pretty much everything. But remember this is a premium pet loop. You have to love the four legged creatures!

Great pics Christy! Thanks for sharing. We always stay in 500 as well, and were in 517 just a month ago. I can't wait to go back!
