Shops for cool kids...

Hi, I really hope you can help!
My DD is 13 and wants to know if there are any 'cool' shops out in Orlando area that you know of. She's heavily into Offspring, Korn, New Found Glory and Blink 182 etc Likes grunge stuff and gothic clothes. Last trip she could n't really see any shops with this type of stuff in and wondered if anyone here could help?

I think there might be one in downtown disney. But i was not looking for those things so i do not know.

WEll, there isthe virgin mega store that sells all those cd's. THey might even sell those T-shirts

She sounds just like my friend! I haven't ever really looked for that kind of stuff, but I would also recommend looking in the Virgin Megastore at Downtown Disney-they may have t-shirts, posters, merchandise etc. of some of the bands that she's into. My friend is also very keen on kitsch souvenirs like little girly tinkerbell candy, glittery tiaras and fairy wands etc.(no offense to tinkerbell of course!! ) On my last visit to WDW, I bought her a sparkly tinkerbell wand with little sweets inside which she loved.
Maybe your daughter likes the same kind of stuff?

I like the same sort of things as your daughter, and when I went to Orlando, I didn't really see much.
Of all the places I went to, I found that Belz outlet mall was the best place for clothes. There aren't really any specific shops to look in, but I found a few really nice things in one or two shops.
I think that while Orlando's my favourite place in the world, its probably not the best place for shopping.

ps. If your daughter's anything like me, she should stock up on Adidas trainers, they are soooo cheap.
