Shopping Tours/Transportation?

I hope I'm in the right place to ask this question.
I'm going with my family from 8/30 to 9/7 this year. My mom says she has gone shopping using Mears Service. Do they still have shopping tours? How can I find out what day they do it in my resort?

I have never heard of this before. I think your best bet is to call Mears directly or see what they offer on their website.
