Shopping service at WDW?

Hi

I wanted to do a surprise box for SO before our trip - I remember seeing some individuals a while back that did shopping at WDW for a small fee but now can't find any info. I wanted a bunch of misc little things (Mickey pretzels & snacks, keychain, etc etc) and wanted to avoid going through Disney ordering for them. Last time I used them I paid more in shipping and handling than the items were worth.

If anyone knows of anyone I'd appreciate the info!

I wanted to have a surprise for my husband's birthday. Specifically, I wanted a My Pal Mickey. Strangely, the gift shop at our moderate said they couldn't help and Disney Florist said they didn't offer that item either.

Anyway, I think I spent around $150 and they delivered a giftbag with the Mickey (about $60), an Epcot passport, misc. snacks, truffles and some other things that I'm forgetting. There also have less expensive options and let me customize what I wanted.

a few years ago, I wanted a stuffed animal (Feathers McGraw from Wallace & Gromit) delivered to my room to surprise my ex upon arrival. I just called the UK at Epcot and ordered it over the phone and had it delivered to the hotel. Then I called concierge and asked them to place it in our room. Well things got messd up and they didn't deliver it when they were supposed to, but it was an easy way to get something to your room without having to be there. If you don't have concierge, I'm sure you can still get guest services to help you out.

Maybe that will work for you somehow.
