Shopping in parks when staying off-site

I should remember this but can't! We're not bigtime shoppers but the last few trips we've stayed onsite and I got accustomed to having the store send the package to my resort.

Since we'll be offsite this time I thought I remembered something but wanted to verify. When you buy something IN the parks, do they have the option to send it to guest services at the front of the park for you to pick it up on your way out?

Or did I make that up out of whole-cloth?

Yes, You can have them send it to the front of the park, but it's not guest services. There is also sometimes a cut-off time in order to make sure it has time to be delivered by the time the park closes. (The person ringing you up can tell you the exact time).

the locations that I know about off the top of my head:


Magic Kingdom - Inside the Gates at the old Bank which is located between City Hall (Guest Services) and the railroad tracks. It's that building off in the corner before you go thru the tunnel to exit the park.

EPCOT - Located OUTSIDE the gates. It's in the little shop located just outside the bag-check fence as you head towards the buses. (I remember it used to be one of the AP Processing centers back in the day of Laminated AP's w/ pictures)

UNIVERSAL Studios [cause they do it too] - You can pick up your package at the shop which they sell the clearance stuff located at the park exit.

Islands of Adventure - Package pickup is located at the back of the big store in the Port Of Entry. As you exit the park, the store is on your right. As you enter the store, turn right and it's at the single register/kiosk at this end of the store.


I've never utilized it at either MGM or AK, so unfortunately I can't tell you where you can pick up your packages at those parks.
