Hubby loves the cigar shop.

We both love Two Brothers restaurant for breakfast.

Bo's fish market for fresh fish sandwiches and conch fritters for lunch.

Kino Sandals...hand made leather sandals for men, women and kids..like $8 per pair. They are great.

We always must stop at Boarshead (is that right, or am I thinking of the lunchmeat..lol) for a beer and t shirts, margaritaville for any souveniers, the Fresh Produce store for key west t's, Sloppy Joes for sounveniers and a sloppy joe.

Sotiel's studio for artwork..love it love it.

I avoid the made for you tshirt shops..better/cheaper t's in grand cayman or cozumel.

The big souvenier shop where the conch tour train lets you out is great for trinkets, postcards and mailing the postcards.

We were in Key West on Father's Day. I was so bummed that Kino's was closed. :(

yes, Kinos is not to be missed. Very reasonable and the sandals are really cute.

Hello there Magpie,
this is Shirley and an ol' conch from Key West - You do have to be very care of shopping in Key West due to many of the vendors overcharging on your credit card AFTER you leave the store or putting their finger over your final bill - this is very true with the Tee Shirt shops down there - now do I know well they got me for $400.00, but fortunally I noticed it right away and got it taken care of - I do have a bunch of information on Key West that I share with anyone that wants it - IF YOU ARE NOT SAILING UNTIL AFTER SEPTEMBER, then wait til afterwards since Norm and I will be heading back home then and will come back with a lot more of information.
Bo"s Resturant is a good friend of the family - his name is Buddy Owens - when you go in there tell him hello from the Nelson girls, Charlie Boy and Norman the postman. I have never heard of 2 brothers, but I do know of 5 Brothers located on the corner of Southard and Grinnell Street - AWESOME LATIN FOOD - nope is not Boarhead - it is Hog's Breath :teeth: - anyhow Kino shoes are
great and last forever - they have been there as long as I can remember - the reason they are so low in cost - there is no air conditioner - just a fan for the workers -
anyhow if I can help further, just drop me a note at snelsonbrown@aol.com
Always
Shirley

DD loves the "Blue Cat." Everything for the animal lover--mostly for you, not for the pet.

snelsonbrown...5 brothers does has awesome latin food!! (And I'm not just saying that cuz my friend Maribel and her husband Pepe run the place ;) )

I wouldn't swear to it, but i believe that i have been there on a Sunday before. I go there every time we hit Key West because i always have to buy sandals for all my friends!
