Shopping Hours??

I just can't seem to find this information, so can someone please help? I would like to know the hours of the shops in the 3 hotels on the monorail (GF, Poly, CR) as well as the hours of the shops at Downtown Disney.

I thought I had something bookmarked that told me this, but, well, I don't.....
