I think they need to make shopping carts with tredded tires. We have 3 feet of snow and the parking lots are crappy and I can not push my cart to my car. Is it me?:sad2:

No, it isn't just you. I finally gave up and parked my cart and drove to it instead. I snagged an Meijer employee to watch it for me really quick. I saw lots of people just pulling up to the front of the store to pick up their groceries.

Now that it is SOP for us to take our groceries out to our cars, they do need to redesign the carts. Better wheels would be great. I would like cupholders too. :thumbsup2

Shopping carts and the people the woman that push them are evil:scared1:

At least you don't have to worry about your vehicle getting hit by a runaway cart!!

They also need to make shopping cart handles taller. I see so many tired people in the store slumped over leaning on their carts. Maybe if the handles were a little higher up...:)

It's even harder when you a 38lb 3 year old sitting in it :faint:

My store offers drive-ups...we encourage it in this weather...get your car, drive up, pop open the trunk and we load everything into the car while you stay toasty warm. No extra charge! Not only is it easier for the customers, it is easier on the lot kids...they don't have to try to push the darn things back into the store.

And we have cup holders too...I love those things!
