Shopping advice needed

I've got a few shopping questions:

1) Where can I buy a tent? Just a cheap one.
2) What's the 'closest and best reachable without a car' mall to buy clothes at normal prices? Could I go to Belz with Lynx #50 and then hop on the I-drive trolley? Where should I get of?
3)What's at crossroads?
4) Where's a Gap shop with women clothes and underwear? Again, as close and reachable as possible.

I have seen tents at Walmart, I don't know the prices but they are pretty cheap. Also there is a bus schedule for Linx busses on line. I remember looking at a few years ago when we were going to go off site for a day trip.

We purchased our tent that fits 5-6 people for $50 at Walmart. It's big enough to stand in. We considered a tent of that size to be a good deal.
