me either, but there was no comment back from Airmiles about that. They did question someone using just a bonus offer at Shell saying it needs to be base miles and i thought both counted?

oh well, i mainly shared it to show how little we need to pay to get the full amount back

I did an AM Receipt yesterday for eggs, and I received the miles, but it isn't showing up in my transactions. That isn't normal, right? I was using it for STB. It's not the end of the world as I will definitely have more AM receipts this weekend.

I am wondering about shell's participation lately,,,
I got 30$ in gas for my son yesterday and that should have generated at least 1 airmiles yet nothing is posting to his account.
I might have to do something else for him. (another offer).

This happened to me as well and nope never received an email. I was checking my account to opt in to Dollarama and this is what I see.

I did re-link my card last night but I am still seeing this message so it seems it didn't work or there is a glitch.

Do either of you un-linked people have a BMO mastercard, since they are supposed to be automatically linked, it might gives us clues as if it is a glitch or not?

I think things might be slower posting at the moment. Don't worry unless it doesn't show up today. I did a Petsmart shop yesterday and it posted immediately. Did another purchase (later on another card) and it still hasn't posted. I'll watch today and hopefully it will show up.




I have a BMO CC and this is what shows under my offers for the Dollarama offer. Add to this I re-linked my M/C and got the good to go message after linking. I think the link must be there for people who haven't linked their card yet. I did also relink DH CC just in case.

So to be on the safe side if you don't have a BMO Mastercard but another kind of Mastercard I would re submit just to be safe.

The spend $5 instore at Shell worked for my son this morning ,,,perhaps $30 in gas yesterday was not enough to generate 1 Airmiles.

Okay I just relinked my card to my account and once again when I click on Dollarama it says please link your card. I don't know what is going on.
I even went to a different web browser thinking it the info might be slow or stuck in the cache but on the new browser and the airmiles app stills says link card. Guess I will be having a chat with AirMiles today.

3 done! Shell, ordered petsmart and TSC through the airmileshops. As long as they both worked properly Still have receipt, dollarama and a redemption of miles to do, which gives me one extra just in case. Hoping for a better return on the dollarama to be honest, but we'll see what happens with that. i need a few stocking stuffers from there and giftcards for my nieces. Actually not sure if I will do a receipt offer, they do annoy me when they don't work right away. Dollarama is the last of my Christmas shopping though! Glad to get that all wrapped up early

So update on the card link issues. I chatted with AirMiles and they have opened a service ticket and the agent said to save your receipt from Dollarama and the miles will get posted if they don't automatically post.
Paula was great and she tried on her card and it showed as linking but when she refreshed it went back to the link screen just like mine but her co-workers weren't having this issue.
I have all of our conversation saved if it doesn't work again and I have to prove my case.
Also she was able to give me my 100 bonus miles from the shop anything offer from Amazon on Oct 26th.

I have done 4/5 on my card and my husband has done 3/5 on his card. But we had to contact customer service about the Egg AM receipts… it did not go through properly :/

Couple more AirMilesShops once the no tax promotion starts (Dec 14!) for a few last min gifts should finish us up.

Just do an inquiry. A live human will sort it out. I had a receipt that plainly said bagels and it couldn't find a match. Another one said blueberries and it couldn't find that one either. They were both sorted out quickly once I submitted and inquiry.

Inquiry has become a normal step for me in submitting receipts. I consider it a bonus day if I don't have to do one.
