Shoes and Shirts?

I was wondering if you are required to wear your shoes and shirts on the water rides?

You must get on the ride with shoes and shirt. You can take your shoes off once you are on the ride.

Wear a skirt and the undies dry much quicker!!! We got sooooooooo soaked on Dudley this time.

The new express entrances to both Dudley and Bilge Barges work so much better than the old ones.
