If it's only water you're interested in, it might be cheaper to get at the ASMu gift shop/store. They have cases of 12oz bottles of water for $6.69.

Also remember you can walk up to any quick service food location at a park and ask for a free cup of water. I believe what they give you is a small beverage cup (12oz?). It is not a really small cup.
