We'll arrive at Saratoga Springs early am so know our room won't be ready. If we leave groceries with bell services (milk & orange juice) will they be able to keep them in a refrigerator, would we pay $5.
You shouldn't be charged for storing bags or other stuff you bought with you, only for receiving external deliveries.

Does anyone know if I make an order from Safeway and I'm at the resort (POR) to receive it myself can I avoid the $5 charge? I think I need to meet the Safeway delivery person if we order alcohol.

I’ll be staying at the Yacht Club in June with my disabled son. He uses a wheelchair, which I will be pushing 100% of the time (he can’t be left alone in the room). Because it will be difficult for me to handle luggage and push his chair at the same time, I thought I would ship a package of his personal care items ahead to the resort (one less suitcase to handle at the airport).

I understand that packages shipped to the Yacht Club will need to be picked up at the convention center. My concern is this: How can I get a large box from the convention center to my room while pushing a wheelchair? Will someone from bell services run over there with me to retrieve the package and help take it to the room? If I order from Amazon Prime Now, would the order be delivered directly to bell services, who could deliver it to the room?

I’m OK with paying fees and tips, I simply need help moving the boxes around because my hands will be occupied. Any advice is appreciated!

I will be arriving at Saratoga Springs July 8th.
I will be getting an order from Garden Grocer.
If I order Ice Cream and other frozen items, does guest services have a freezer to keep them in?
(Sorry if this has been asked already.
    Thanks!

We will be shipping one or two boxes to Kidani prior to arriving in early October. These will contain things we cannot do without such as suction catheters, feeding tubes and similar items. How can I be sure they arrived and we will be able to get them?

I take shots every 2 weeks, and the pharmacy had to ship mine to Pop Century since they couldn't send it before my trip. I knew to ask for it at the desk, so I'm not sure if they had a message for me to pick it up. The box states "Refrigerate on delivery," which is actually for the medication inside (they have a bunch of ice packs shipped in it), but the resort staff put the entire box in their refrigerator anyway. I was very impressed that they even did that for me. They charged me a $5 handling fee, which was added to my bill.

Yes, they will keep your groceries in their fridge and freezer. I’ve ordered from GG a few times and had a great experience every time. They will even pick up alcohol for you.

A couple pages back, someone noted that orders from a Prime Now don’t get charged the $5 per package fee, but rather $5 per order. Is that still the case, or has it changed? Just trying to decide how to go about receiving a grocery order. Thanks!

As far as I know it is $5 per order but I have yet to find anyone that was actually charged the fee.

I just heard about a delivery service for alcohol called Drizly. Has anyone used them to deliver to the resorts? If so, what was your experience?

    Thanks!
