Shipping this year

I am so frustrated what is with shipping this year. It took over 3 weeks to get my order from disneyshopping. Now my order from dicks that was supposed to reach me in 6 to 10 business days is going to be up to 4 weeks. I ordered it a over a week ago and it has said in stock for over six days and yet they haven't shipped it and the "very nice manager" Eric tells me that he can't help me.

You know I ordered from Landsend and I usually get it within 2 days of ordering. That was always one of the perks. This time 2 WEEKS! I am wondering if they are sending out bigger groups of stuff at a time due to gas prices? In other words your stuff is waiting for a full truck load to be ready to go.
