What type of stuff do you ship. we are driving and have really no room for ( 7) peoples stuff pirate: . I also have a huge double stroller that takes up the entire trunk!!!!. :rolleyes1 . I am planning to do laudry there but we still need at least 5 days worth of clothes. ( going for 2 weeks including drive time)
my question is how much do you usually pay to ship? what service do you use? and how far before you go do you send it? have you ever sent more than one box?
I need to send swimming shoes for all/ arm bands and pool items
breakfast (pop tarts) and clothing! help
:grouphug:

I shipped a box last fall to Pop Century. I was going to ship a box for our trip in January and then decided that I could just carry the stuff with. I wish I had shipped the box again because it was so easy!

To answer your questions...I shipped baby food, snacks, diapers, wipes, disposable sippy cups, disposable spoons, disposable bibs, ziploc bags, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, and some other things that I can't remember. Basically, I shipped stuff that I knew I was going to use during the trip and not bother carting back. If you ship your clothing, have you thought about how you are going to ship it back?

It was very easy to do. I sent the box via UPS ground (so I could track it and confirm the package arrived) about a week before our trip. It cost about $15. I just sent the package to myself c/o the resort and included my reservation number and date of arrival. When we checked in, they let us know that the package was waiting for us.
