Shipping present to VB........

We will be at VB in 3 weeks!! My dd will turn 7 during our stay. My mom does not want to wait until we return to give her her b'day present (an American Girl doll). She won't give it to her early either. She is a stubborn 72 year old!! She wants to have the doll shipped to VB. American Girl can do that without a problem. I just worry that once it gets to the front desk, it won't make it to our room. We haven't been to VB yet. I understand it is a smaller resort so maybe the present wouldn't get lost as easily. Do you think this would work?

I think it will work out fine. But, I would call Vero and ask them how the package should be labeled. Hotels get packages for conferences/conventions all the time. However, they generally have suggested labeling to insure they don't get lost/misplaced.
