Hello Fellow Canadian Disers!

I know I have read on here before about people shipping packages from states to a warehouse in Niagara Falls New york for about $5.00 a parcel. Anyone know about this? I hate having to pay all those extra fees/ duty on catalogue shopping. Thanks!
