Shipping from Disney resort to our home

We're going in August. I was thinking of shipping my golf clubs so I don't have to schlub them thru to long term parking at JFK on our return. How do I ship them home? I've seen all the details on getting the clubs there, how do I send them back?

1) No problem at all.
2) Securely tie, tape or wrap the clubs.
3) Fill out the form at the Front Desk or Concierge Desk.
4) Select FEDEX or UPS.
5) The resort does the rest, and bills your room for the actual charges. *

Thanks for the help! Roughly $20 each way beats lugging my clubs, the suitcases, and a tired child thru JFK. At least I don't have to carry the DW.
