Shipping A Box Home ??

I have a silly question........If we stay at the CBR is it possible to "ship" something home? If so where can we do this at the resort since there is not a business center that I am aware of ?

When we stayed at the WL yrs ago, I remember being able to ship a very large box home to the West Coast. Is this common ??

We are so used to DL and just driving down south that going to WDW seems like so much more work with the flight, a 5 year old and all the luggage that DH has to deal with.

Each resort store has the ability to assist you in shipping home mulitiple items.

You can also ship home items from any store where you purchased them.

We stayed at CBR last year and shipped down a box. We sent it down about a week before our trip to give it enough time. We just put our name on the box with reservation number with arrival date on the box!

Just wanted to add that there's a concierge desk in Old Port Royale that should be able to help you with shipping a box home.

Shipping Things Home from Resorts:

1) Go to Gift Shop and ask for old boxes.
2) Also ask for packing.
3) Go to room and pack box(es).
4) Take box(es) to Concierge Desk.
5) Complete the shipping paperwork.
6) Select either FEDEX or UPS as the shipping agent
7) Concierge will seal and send.
8) There is no additional markup to the freight cost.
9) Sending items from stores now have a large profit markup.

NOTE: If you declare more the $100 value for UPS, you need
to itemize.

One of the guys I work with left for Disney this morning; followed by a Destination wedding for his son in Key West.

He had us rolling in the aisles before our staff meeting last week. His wife insisted they buy ALL new luggage for the trip. She dragged him and their son along to the store.

Now, this is luggage for her, him, two granddaughters, the son, his fiance, and her two children.

After they picked out everything they needed, he and his son completely embarassed them by doing a demonstration, down the aisle of store, of the TWO of them dragging ALL that luggage behind them through the airport to the rental car......

I am going down to the World soon by myself and I am disgusted with all the crap I have to bring. I now understand how going "commando" on vacation is attractive to men.
